Collection: Pet, Animal or Bird Portraits

Pet, Animal or Bird portraits, what a truly unique gift idea for someone special or a rare keepsake for yourself.  As an Artist and pet lover myself I will try to capture a realistic likeness of your loved Pet, Animal or Bird.  

Types of Portraits I do:

I will generally paint portraits using acrylic paint on stretched canvas.  Stretched canvas means the canvas fabric is primed then stretched over a wooden frame.  This can be hung immediately on your wall or framed at your local framing shop.  If you prefer I can also paint your portrait on paper

What do you have in mind?

One of the first questions I will ask you is ''What do you have in mind for your portrait?" Is your portrait going to be of one or more subjects? Is there a particular size you would like?  Did you want realistic natural colors or something vibrant and bold?  Feel free to let me know exactly what you are hoping for.

Your Photo:

You will need a good quality photo of your  Pet, Animal or Bird.  This photo will be used to create the portrait.  The background is not important as in a portrait the background is usually a plain color or colors.  If you are uncertain which photo to use send a few and together we can determine which will give the best results.  Please email photos to me at tanialucasart@gmail.com

There are 5 main size options.  If you are seeking something larger please let me know and I can happily prepare a quote for you.  Please note these prices are for a single Pet, Animal or Bird Portrait you will need to add 25% extra for each additional subject

Booking and Payment:

-When you are ready to procced with booking your Pet, Animal or Bird portrait you will be required to make a 40% nonrefundable deposit.

-After receiving your deposit I will begin work on your portrait.

-At the completion of your portrait I will send you photos of the painting.  If you are are happy with the portrait you then make your final payment and your portrait is mailed to you.
